These terms govern your use of the Infracortex AI Studio website and our services.

Services

Infracortex AI Studio provides AI infrastructure consulting services including knowledge base architecture, AI assistant setup, workflow automation, and related services as described on our website.

Project Terms

Each project is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before project commencement. Payment terms, deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in the SOW.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables created during a project become the client's property. We retain the right to reference the project (without disclosing confidential information) in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in an NDA.

Confidentiality

We treat all client data as confidential. We sign NDAs upon request. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
